About Rosswald

Rosswald is a sunny terrace above Brig, in Upper Valais, which enjoys exceptional sunshine all winter long, often rising above the gray skies of the valley floor.

A six-person gondola takes just over 7 minutes to travel from Ried-Brigue—where there are plenty of parking spaces—up to Rosswald. From there, ski lifts serve slopes and ski trails for all skill levels, up to over 2,500 meters, with views of the Rhône Valley and the Valais Alps.

Families love the Kidspark and the ski school. An approximately 8-kilometer toboggan run, winter hiking trails, and paragliding flights round out the offerings.

Rosswald is part of the Magic Pass, including the gondola.
