The resort of Les Marécottes is located in the Trient valley, between Chamonix and Valais, Verbier and the Portes du Soleil, above the town of Martigny. The altitude at the bottom of the resort is 1,100 metres and 2,200 metres at the top. It offers an exceptional view of Mont Blanc and the Swiss Alps. Enjoying a 100% natural snowfall thanks to its high altitude, it offers 25 km of slopes, of which more than half are classified blue; 25% of them are red, and the remaining 20% are classified black. It has a gondola, a chairlift, a lift and a transport mat for children.

Non-skiers can also spend a very pleasant stay thanks to a variety of activities. The field of Marécottes has a toboggan run of 7 km, a natural ice rink and itineraries with snowshoes. Many hiking trails, winter connect the station to nearby villages and used to browse through the gorges of the Trient, Black Head and Triège.
